User & Device -> User Definition -> Create New -> Local User
Policy & Objects -> IPv4 Policy -> Create New
If we want to go to internet thought SSLVPN
VPN -> SSL-VPN Portals
Disable "Enable Split Tunneling"
Policy & Objects -> IPv4 Policy -> Create New
